I was born in Yorkshire and now live in Germany.

I read a lot of books.

I love to run.

I obsess over cooking, particularly baking the perfect loaf and improving my lasagne recipe.

I have a wonderful partner and a difficult-to-please dog.

I used to be a live sound engineer and system tech and toured the world with bands that I love.

I don't do that now but I still love going to gigs (mostly to make notes about the sound).

I was Director of Operations and Event Production at Optimum Displays, making exciting events happen for people as part of the TBA Group.

With 20 years' experience of working in live and digital events, I decided to look for some new challenges and found them at Staffbase, where I now work in the IT team.
